25 years ago the Planned Giving Round Table of Southern California (PGRTSC) now the Partnership for Philanthropic Planning of Greater Los Angeles (PPPLA) started a little conference called the Western Regional Planned Giving Conference (WRPGC). Now, 25 years later, the WRPGC is regarded as one of the premier planned giving conferences in the country.
